We collect only what we need to process your gift, send your receipt and, if you ask us to, keep you updated. We never sell or share your details.
What we collect
Your name, email, country and the details of your gift. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Why we collect it
To process donations, issue tax receipts, manage monthly gifts and, only with your consent, send field updates.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider and email service, under contracts that limit use to these purposes. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Donation records for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. Email preferences until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@vitaria.org and we will reply within 30 days.
